We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Platform Description

SkillUpWorks is an online interview preparation platform for DevOps, Cloud, and DevSecOps professionals. The Platform provides:

• Interview questions and detailed answers across multiple DevOps topics
• AI-powered mock interview practice and assessment
• AI Interview Assistant for on-demand question answering
• Hands-on labs, troubleshooting scenarios, and real-world projects
• Quiz mode for self-assessment

User Accounts

To access paid features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscription and Payment

SkillUpWorks offers a one-time lifetime access subscription at ₹399 (Indian Rupees). By purchasing a subscription:

• You gain full access to all paid content and features on the Platform
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay
• Your subscription is personal and non-transferable
• Lifetime access means access for as long as the Platform operates
• Prices are subject to change for new subscribers — existing subscribers are not affected

Intellectual Property

All content on SkillUpWorks — including but not limited to questions, answers, diagrams, analogies, lab guides, project documentation, code examples, and UI design — is the exclusive intellectual property of SkillUpWorks LLP.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not share, post, or republish our content on other platforms or websites
• You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Screenshots for personal study are permitted but not for public distribution

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without our permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

SkillUpWorks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of content (technology evolves rapidly)
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
• Guaranteed interview success or employment outcomes
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We strive to keep content accurate and up-to-date but cannot guarantee that all information reflects the latest industry practices at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillUpWorks LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of income, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
