If for any reason you are not satisfied with SkillUpWorks within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund of ₹399 to your original payment method.

All payments on SkillUpWorks are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or banking details.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method — credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically 5-7 business days.

Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing the platform or specific features, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if they can be resolved with support.
